  How do clients apply for ECOMMERCEPAY services ?

1. Preparation of Documents :

1.1 Prepare a copy of the first page of your account book containing your account number and name of owner (to be used for transference of income back to the store)
1.2 Prepare a copy of your ID card (companies must supply a copy of both company certification and ID card of the authorized director)

2. Business Account

2.1 Copy of recommendation letter (Issuing not more than 6 months)
2.2 Copy of ID Card (of authorized signature person)
2.3 Copy of Housing Registration (of authorized signature person)
2.4 Copy of commercial registration, Letter of memorandum, and commercial permission registration

3. Present these documents and complete an application form at the address below :

3. Clicking the Send button allows ECOMMERCEPAY to collect your details on our database, awaiting only your documentation.

  How does the ECOMMERCEPAY Processing release payment back to each sellers ?

The buyers have already paid via Credit Card & Debit Card (in International Buyers, excluded Thailand) using the ECOMMERCEPAY Processing, Our Processing will notice the seller for the Payment Transaction Alert. Then within 24 Hours, Our Fraud Analysis(He has the direct Exprience in this fields) will be reviewed and send the Review Fraud for each receipt. So that each Sellers can send thier products or services.

After buyers have ordered. The total amount is collected through the ECommercePay Processing then will be paid back to each sellers on the 10th & 25th of the following month, every month. ( If the 10th & 25th falls on Saturday or Sunday or a holiday, payment will be postponed to the next working day.)

For example, the total income of a seller, for the month of 1- 15 & 16-31 January, will be collected by the ECOMMERCEPAY Processing and a service charge of discounted rate, transaction fee and VAT will be deducted. The 5% of remaining income will be holded within 90 days for refunding proposa l& retaintion rules,then the 95% of remaining income will will then be paid into store accounts on the 25th of January & 10th of Febuary by sequently.

The ECOMMERCEEPAY system summarizes the total income in Real Time so store owners can login to our system to check their daily or monthly income at any time.
